Our current collective agreement has expired and the local will be entering into
contract negotiations with AIL and the SGA’s in the early fall. Your bargaining
committee needs your input!
What would you like to see negotiated? Commission rates, benefits, education
scholarships, job security. These are just a few of the things that can be improved
when your new collective agreement is being negotiated during the upcoming
negotiations.
What improvements would you most like to see? Your union negotiating committee
needs you to indicate your priorities in this questionnaire when drafting our initial
demands. Some of the issues we anticipate are listed in the questionnaire. Let us
know which are of the greatest importance to you by rating the issues.
With number 1 being the most important and 10 being the least important. There is
space provided for you to elaborate on each of these issues. Ratings: 1 2 3 4 5 6
